Professional Development Badges

Visit our new Learning Center!

The best educators know that learning never ends. And now you've got access to even more resources to grow your skills—at your own pace.

The brand new Kelly Education Learning Center (KELC) is filled with professional development modules, webinars, and web resources for substitute teachers and paraeducators.

The KELC resources are completely optional and voluntary. The tool also reflects our commitment to helping you achieve success.

Substitutes in the Elmbrook and Mequon-Thiensville School Districts, can complete course content to earn badges toward a pay rate increase. To earn a badge, you will need to complete the courses within the badge. Your pay increase will apply to your first assignment after completing the badge. Any badges already completed within the old system are noted in the new platform.
