Teachers On Call is always looking for great substitute and full-time teachers, paraeducators, assistants, and food service and custodial staff to work in public school districts, private and charter schools and early childhood education centers. Please follow the steps below to get started.
Note: Effective August 2025, Teachers On Call will transition to our parent company's name, Kelly Education, a division of Kelly Services Inc. As such, all new applicants must apply through myKelly.com.
Application Process:
Step 1: Complete our brief Online Application.
Step 2: Once we receive your application, we will contact you for an interview.
Step 3: After the interview, we will provide instruction for you to complete necessary new hire paperwork and applicable trainings, as well as obtain any required education or certification documents. Kelly Education will also submit a criminal background check at no cost to you.
Step 4: You are hired! Complete orientation, receive access to our absence management system, and begin substituting or teaching!
