Congratulations to Linda Stelzer, Laura Tibble, Danna Rahl, and Michelle Nagell, our TOC Substitutes of the Year! These individuals have shown exemplary work performance, have exceeded expectations, and are loved by TOC and the schools we service. We value all of our substitutes here at TOC, but we want to highlight these Substitutes of the Year for shining in the classroom and being exceptional employees this past school year. Here's what a couple of the winners had to say:
“I like the opportunity to work with the kids and the other teachers. I like being able to go back to the classes I subbed in and see the students on my days off.” – Linda Stelzer
"I love working for TOC because of the amazing reputation they have with the schools. You build so many great relationships with staff members you see in the different buildings you are in. TOC is very organized and willing to help with any question or concern you may have. They always build you up and continuously thank you for doing a great job, which is nice to hear every now and then." - Laura Tibble
“I love the flexibility of working with TOC and being able to fit work around my life as a mother. It is nice to know that with my long term position that if I cannot be there someone can and cover me for the day. It’s always a new day and I am able to see so many different teachers and students.” – Danna Rahl
Thanks for all you do and what you have done this school year to make a difference in the lives of hundreds of students. Be proud of who you are and what you do for education. Thanks to you from Teachers On Call!
