We extend many resources to our employees and when you are sent out on an assignment, we expect you to be ready to take on the responsibilities of a classroom. During your interview session with Teachers On Call, you will be required to participate in an orientation program to prepare you for these successes.

Many substitute assignments are scheduled ahead of time, but sometimes we need to cover last minute emergencies. Try to be flexible with your schedule. Occasionally, full-time positions are offered through Teachers On Call, either directly through our offices, or extended to you while out on a substitute assignment. We will help you transition to this full-time position if the assignment is right for you.
