Teachers On Call is a unique staffing network that provides substitute teachers and staff to Early Childhood Education programs, Private Schools, Charter Schools, Montessori Schools and Public Schools.  As former teachers, we understand the frustrations and challenges involved in coping with a teachers absence due to illness or vacation.  A teacher’s absence, however necessary, is still inconvenient for administration, staff, students, and parents.  At Teachers On Call, we specialize in recruiting talented and experienced teachers who are able to step into a classroom as a substitute with minimal direction.  Teachers On Call has recruited and interviewed a pool of teachers and paraprofessionals, verified their work experiences, cleared their background studies, identified their teaching skills and determined their strengths as substitute staff.  In addition, Early Childhood Education teachers, assistants, and aides have been provided with documentation of state requirements for working in Childcare Centers.  Teachers have been recruited in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas and are prepared to accept a same day assignment.
