Teachers On Call will also be offering medical benefits to substitutes who meet the eligibility requirements under the Affordable Care Act. To be eligible to participate in our medical plan, substitutes must average 30+ hours a week consistently or work a total of 1560 hours during our 12 month measurement period. Eligible employees will be notified at least 30 days prior to the enrollment deadline. Plan election is optional at the time of enrollment.
