Teachers On Call specializes in recruiting talented and experienced early childhood staff (teachers, assistants and aides) who are able to step into a position with minimal direction. We take the time to get to know you and your Center's specific education program, ensuring that we will best meet your needs. We pride ourselves in our ability to recognize the dedication it takes to be a good early childhood educator. We thoroughly screen and investigate an employee’s work history, background, credentials, and education. Training required for all of our Teachers On Call employees includes shaken baby syndrome, SIDS, blood borne pathogens, and all other regulations regarding DHS Rule III (view DHS Rule III summary by clicking on this link: DHS Rule III), plus specific Virtus training to meet Catholic schools' additional requirements. Each substitute staff member will carry a credential folder supporting all of these qualifications.

It takes a special kind of person to work with children under the age of five. In addition to a person's background, we know that personality, attitude and educational philosophy impact a substitute's success in the early childhood setting. Our qualified professionals are experienced in every stage of child development and teaching.
