ALL POSITIONS SECURED THROUGH OUR
COMPANY
ARE ON AN EMPLOYER PAID BASIS ONLY.
Our fees are earned in the event
candidates referred by us accept an offer from your
company or any of its affiliates. Teachers On Call Search is a
Minnesota firm that is retained by the client company for
placement services. All fees are employer paid.
FEE SCHEDULE:
The rate is calculated at 1% per $1,000.00 of the annual
base salary up to a maximum of 30%. The minimum fee for
the placement of a part-time employee is $5,000.00.
TERMS:
NET 10 CALENDAR DAYS from starting date. You may receive
your billing prior to the start date allowing you to
expedite payment. If collection efforts become necessary,
you the client will be liable for all collection costs
including our attorney fees.
GUARANTEE:
100% replacement guarantee if the candidate is terminated
within 30 calendar days from the start date. This
guarantee is for one replacement.
Exceptions:

Original hiring commitments not fulfilled
by employer.

A material change in job description or
qualifications necessary to fulfill the position.

Compensation package misrepresented by
employer or compensation program reduced by employer after
start date.

Employer changes geographic location
causing employee to terminate.

Dismissal due to reduction in work force.

Dismissal as a result of job
discontinuance by employer.
Then Teachers On Call will replace the position at no
additional charge provided:

Payment has been received in full 10
calendar days from the starting date.

Notification of employee termination is
made to Teachers On Call within 72 hours of termination.

Teachers On Call permitted to locate the replacement
candidate on an exclusive basis.

No deviation from the above fee agreement
has occurred.
This is your exclusive remedy under our
guarantee. You will not be entitled to any refund on fees
or expenses, and Teachers On Call shall not be liable for any
compensatory or other damages resulting from the
employment of the candidate. Unless advised to the
contrary, acceptance of referrals from Teachers On Call will constitute
understanding and acceptance of this agreement.
