Mandatory Reporting for Child Maltreatment – required training for ALL employees working in Wisconsin public/private schools. The link for the 16-minute training webcast is http://www.dpi.wi.gov/sspw/can.html

Once you have completed your training, you can print your Certificate of completion. You MUST forward a copy of this certificate to Teachers On Call to be retained with your personnel records, and so Teachers On Call can advise the schools in which you will be working. (You can scan and email the certificate to kwyttenhove@teachersoncall.com; fax it to 985-888-6153; or simply attach in from the webcast site to an email.)

Training must be repeated every five years, per Wisconsin Stat. sec. 48.981 (2)(2) 16m.

Substitute Teacher Daily Report form
All Substitute Teachers should complete one form per day of substitute teaching, and leave it on the teacher’s desk at the end of the day.

Optional 6-10 hour course of study for substitutes and paraprofessionals to improve their skills in classroom management and teaching strategies. Offered through STEDI - the Substitute Teaching Institute, Utah State University.
