Teachers On Call substitutes familiarize themselves with lesson plans and materials the teachers link online for them through our TOC 24/7 automated system, so they are best prepared when they enter the classroom. Our teachers feel comfortable asking other teachers and staff members questions in order to provide the best educational experience for the students in the absence of their regular teacher. Teachers On Call substitutes are experienced in setting up classroom rules and have strong classroom management skills. At the end of the day, the Teachers On Call substitute will make sure the room is in order before leaving. Additionally, they will leave a substitute teacher daily report about the events of day, successes and challenges.
