Teachers On Call has recruited and interviewed a database of educational professionals; verified their work history, credentials, and education training; conducted a background check; and determined their strengths as substitute staff. In addition, all substitutes who work in Early Childhood comply with DHS Rule III. There are no upfront fees or contracts to buy into to use our services. You only pay when a service is rendered.
