Teachers On Call will respond promptly to your request for a substitute teacher. You may communicate your need in one of the following ways:

• Between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM call us at 952-703-3719 or toll-free at 1-800-713-4439 to communicate your needs.
  
  
• Between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM or after hours, fill out and submit the following form. If submitted after hours, be assured your request will be handled immediately when the office opens at 6:00 AM.
