What kind of job can I expect to find through
your services?
Your career with Teachers On Call is dependent
on your skills and experience. We place Teachers, Teacher’s Assistants,
and Teacher’s Aides in the Early Childhood setting and MN Licensed
Teachers and Paraprofessionals in the school setting. You can work full
time or part-time. It is also possible to find a Direct Hire career
opportunity in these areas as well.
Once you have applied for work with Teachers On
Call your skills will then be evaluated, your references checked and State
requirements and guidelines will be met. When your file is completed you
will then be ready to begin working. Your rate of pay is determined by the
specific skill level that is required for the job.
Do I have to pay a fee to work for you?
Best of all, there is never a fee to our
employees. You may discover that the perfect solution to a full-time
career is being a full-time substitute. A high percentage of the people
who enter this particular job market do become career employees of
Teachers On Call.
How do I get paid?
As your employer, Teachers On Call hires you,
pays you and is responsible for deducting your state, federal and social
security taxes. Paychecks are issued weekly.
