Teachers On Call is a substitute staffing service
started in May of 1999. We offer experienced substitute teachers for a
variety of temporary, trial for hire and direct hire positions. Our
experience in the teaching profession allows us to function as your
Personal Staffing Manager. This allows you more time to concentrate on
quality care, education and the children.
Teachers On Call is a unique staffing network that
provides substitute teachers and staff to Early Childhood Education
programs, Private schools, Charter schools, Montessori schools and Public
schools. As former teachers, we understand the frustrations and
challenges involved in coping with a teachers absence due to illness or
vacation. A teacher’s absence, however necessary, is still inconvenient
for administration, staff, students, and parents. At Teachers On Call, we
specialize in recruiting talented and experienced teachers who are able to
step into a classroom as a substitute with minimal direction. Teachers On
Call has recruited and interviewed a pool of teachers and
paraprofessionals, verified their work experiences, cleared their
background studies, identified their teaching skills and determined their
strengths as substitute staff. In addition, Early Childhood Education
teachers, assistants, and aides have been provided with documentation of
state requirements for working in Childcare Centers. Teachers have been
recruited in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas and are prepared to
accept a same day assignment.
Teachers
On Call specializes on direct hire placements of teachers and related
positions. We understand recruiting and interviewing staff can be
time consuming. Our specialty is identifying the special skills
necessary for the position available and matching a candidate from our pool of
experienced and qualified employees. We
will discuss in detail the experience, requirements, and education that is
necessary for a teaching position in a particular school. We will
then begin to recruit from our employee pool and in the unlikely event
that that we do not have a teacher or rated position candidate meeting
your specific requirements, we will quickly expand our search to our
extensive network of skilled and qualified candidates outside of our firm. With more then
half a decade in the education industry, we are well qualified and able to
identify the outstanding characteristics of successful teachers and remove the time consuming burden of recruiting personnel. We look forward
